If your item arrives damaged or defective, kindly reach out to us at info@tommigunn.clothing within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter promptly.

When returning your product, please ensure it is securely packaged. Use a recorded delivery service and retain proof of postage for your records.

All our shop products are sent recorded delivery with a tracking number and proof of postage is stored on file. Our team will contact you to confirm the dispatch of the item and the expected delivery date. Any orders that have not been delivered due to postal service issues, will be followed up upon once we are made aware of said issue. Additionally, all accessory orders processed are posted second class with proof of postage.
